"THE STUDENTS OF MARSHALL UNIVERSITY AND BHARTIYA VIDHYA BHAVAN HAD THEIR SIXTH CONVOCATION"
In black robes and convocation caps, it was the most awaited day for these students. Marshall University and Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan had their sixth convocation of the Bhavan-Marshall MBA programme last Saturday. Fifty-seven students graduated at the function held at the Bhavan premises. Alok Roy, chairman and managing director of Medica Synergie, in his convocation address, advised students to maintain the right work-life balance, and be a successful manager in all areas in life. He asked students to be keen listeners and to develop hobbies. Ajay Parekh from Iskcon and Gurunandan M from Goodrich Aerospace, who were “partners in learning”, were honoured on the occasion. Four silver medals were distributed to the toppers, including Ashish Mahajan, Mahesh S, Sumakha N and Girish Srivatsan. Another 11 academic honours were also distributed.
