We see lots of peoples where after completing their degree in any specification they will jumps for jobs,but after gaining some experience they stop learning new technologies coming to their field, thats the big mistake they are doing.
I will tell u why?
By taking an example of an software engineer who has completed his engineer course in IT or CS, jumps in search of job. He will get the job successfully but what is happening is after joining to the job He is entering to the new world where that field needs continuous updates about the new technology hitting to the market.If that Person thinks of after getting into the job its all over, he is doing mistake. This environment needs continuous updates,whatever your education background is thats not a big issue but keep on updating is the only one thing all must implement.
