This is except for BHA where a candidate from any stream (Arts, Science or Commerce) in 10+2 or PUC is eligible. Diploma candidates are also eligible provided they have completed their diploma in the same subject in which they desire to join for the bachelor's course. There is a provision of lateral entry for those who have done a three years' diploma where in they can join the 2nd year for the bachelor's programme.
SUBJECTS TO BE LEARNT :-- Initially in the first year candidates learn anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, microbiology and pathology in most of the courses. When the proceed to the second year they will be studying inn detail about the subject specialty they have selected.
- AVERAGE SALARY:-
- The average salary varies from Rs 6,000-Rs 15,000 depending on the subject specialty and also on the demand and supply position of these candidates from various courses.

- The personal qualities required include commitment, perseverance, initiative, originality, personal integrity, concern for others, and the ability to communicate.
